SHRM

Once a month, the local SHRM chapter gets together to talk about important subjects. Each meeting we have different presenters/speakers come in and teach us new and interesting things. I have enjoyed going to those every month and I was actually disappointed that I missed the March one because I was in Arizona. Being an HR student, I think that I picked the right Business Option because every time I go somewhere that is HR related, I am very interested. I absolutely loved going to Fargo, ND with Patrick and participating in the HR games.

With that, I have an HR internship this summer starting May 13th, and I hope that I will like it as much as I have enjoyed learning about HR in general. Very exciting things in the near future!
